How to Make Reddit Normal Again
How do I become the Reddit app dorsum to the sometime layout?
The new forced redesign of the Reddit iOS app is horrible. It reminds me of Instagram, and seems to be pushing specific content on me, not the content I actually want to run into.
I'd dearest the old layout dorsum. Is at that place a fashion?

No pics available, simply the second tab at the bottom is no longer links to your communities and the people you follow. They hid all of that.
At present it's a "posts you lot'll love" (or something like that) mess that looks like Insta or TikTok

I found the custom feed location
If you click the triple line in your top left corner then scroll to the lesser of the section showing your communities, information technology will have an option for custom feeds. Click it and it volition show yous the feeds you've created.
If you lot don't see it and then you've probably lost the feed. You can create a new ane on your profile page.

Most fucked upwards thing is, if I click on the app directly I go this weird new compass thing. Just when I google something and open information technology with Reddit I get the old view 🤷♂️

Desktop, old Reddit nether preferences . Settings: Safari asking desktop website, all websites.
I still employ apps for other websites simply not Reddit. I can't stand up the new Reddit app.

Playing around with settings, under Default View, try Classic.
ETA I was incorrect, can't seem to get rid of the TikTok look.

This needs to be addressed… the new layout is worthless and non helpful in using the actual app.
Estimate I'll go dorsum to using Apollo for Reddit once again… like I did 4 or 5 years ago..

I am late to the party merely accidentally downloaded the update. Didn't these fuckers just alter the lay out simply a year or ii ago? Now they modify it back information technology is infuriating. Where is my overview of recently browsed subs. Have to click and scroll extra shit to go at that place.
